I am a dedicated public servant with a 25-year career in higher education and student affairs, committed to advancing access, equity, and student success across the postsecondary landscape. Throughout my professional journey—from working directly with students on college campuses to shaping national policy at the U.S. Department of Education—I have remained focused on removing barriers and improving outcomes for all learners, particularly those historically underserved by our education systems.
For the past nine years, I have proudly served in the Office of Postsecondary Education, where I contributed to major federal initiatives that supported institutions and empowered students.

My work has centered on leveraging data, evidence-based practices, and cross-sector partnerships to promote student-centered systems that scale support, strengthen institutional capacity, and promote economic and social mobility through higher education.
Now, I am exploring new ways to tell the evolving story of American higher education—one that reflects its promise, complexity, and potential for transformation. Whether through professional roles, service, or applied research, I aim to remain deeply engaged in the work of strengthening postsecondary access and completion for today’s diverse learners.
I am open to opportunities within higher education institutions, mission-driven nonprofits, research and policy organizations, and government contractors. I bring deep experience in federal policy, campus leadership, and program design, and I am eager to contribute to efforts that advance educational opportunity and innovation at scale.
